It is an overarching orientation that gives structure to a school’s direction, evidenced by core leadership practices and skills that support teaching and student outcomes, and drive school improvement and sustained success (Hallinger & Murphy 1985).

EdStrategy Enacted’s 1:1 Coaching Model is a personalized, hands-on mentoring experience- led by a C-Suite Educator - that compels undergraduate college students to realize, thus actualize their own, inherent power. Through assisted creation of action-plans, and the accompanying accountability metrics, EdCoaching Enacted mentees commit to a higher level of self-investment, demonstrating determination and the embrace of values-based approaches to their own success. The facilitative exercises cause them to dig deep, using a 360 degree approach to unearth their strengths and barriers to success. EdCoaching Enacted then uses curated resources, probing questions and skill-building tools to promote self-advocacy and customized “systems” navigation.

Our focus is on equipping teachers, particularly those in their early years, with the support needed to navigate the complexities of teaching. We believe in cultivating an equity lens to overcome biases and empower educators to drive positive change. Our commitment extends to building strong learning communities, preventing turnover, and ensuring that novice teachers actively contribute to school goals, ultimately enhancing student achievement.
